The first question arise when it comes to our self is what am I doing? Is it what I want or what others wants me to be? How do I improve myself? Just wondering and ignoring those things which we really want or a need, were the fact is we never try to change…
As we are afraid to be fail or to be judged by others..
MY life motto is simple ignore the judging world and focus on self and why should I think what people will say about me, if I do something good or bad they will talk and if I don’t, even though they will talk, just ignore all and be YOU… ignoring and focusing on self is some other level of peace.
Always BE YOURSELF and do those things which make you happy. And never compare yourself with others. You are unique and different. Even our hands fingers are unlike from each other. So what’s the point with comparing with those people who just made an image on social media unlike they are somewhat going through something else.
Find out what are your interests, likes and dislikes, purpose of life and me always thinking why I am on earth
- Listen to your heart – or your gut
- Identify and focus on your strengths
- Write down your successes and achievements
- Be mindful of anything that inspires you
- Follow up on your own ideas
- Write down a list of things you’d like to achieve, even if they seem far-fetched. Where no one but it’s only you.
Improving self comes within us it’s not any day changing game but it takes a time were mindset, patience and self believe are more important. Remember nobody’s perfect! we’ll never manage to make every single change we want, and if we’re not realistic about our goals, we’ll do ourselves more harm than good.
As you get started, here are basic tips that will help you with all of your goals:

- Learn new skills
- Let go of past regrets
- Take baby steps
- Don’t tackle everything at once
- Be realistic
- Deleting unnecessary thoughts/ talk/ people
- Step outside of your comfort zone

Whatever you do, keep moving forward with your life.
It may be lifestyle, were trying new things in fashion or beauty products or may be traveling or trying any life hacks. Were change is necessary for self growth which improves our confidence. Becoming more fit and healthy, losing weight, exercising more, meditate and focus on mental health awareness and If you want to start by developing new and better relationships, remember that it’s OK to make the first move. Everyone’s nervous about talking to people they don’t know. Spend more time with the people that matter. Don’t be afraid to tackle tough subjects and talk it out. When you talk, express how you feel, but don’t accuse.
Develop commitment and challenge When you challenge yourself, you grow as a person, acquire new skills, and boost your self-esteem. With this sort of growth, you’re on your way to a life of happiness and reward.
We all want to feel good about ourselves and our lives, Don’t compare yourself to others. everyone has their own struggles, own fights and a different path that they chose to get where there are. focus on the things you can change, focus on things you’re good at, celebrate life’s blessings, as well as your own achievements- both large and tiny and gain confidence by knowing that you’re actively taking steps to improve yourself.
Above all, focus on your inner self. Just “do you.” so it’s time to stop judging yourself. You don’t have to be good at everything – just be good at some things. You don’t have to be skinny – just be confident and pleasant to be around. In other words: just be a good person; people love good people. And if you’re loved, you are obviously worthwhile.
